Terms of Service

1. Service

VettedCalls ("the Service") is operated by SynergyCloud LLC. The Service provides automated call screening, SMS relay, and optional AI receptionist functionality via a dedicated phone number provisioned to subscribers.

2. Subscription & Billing

Service is billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use VettedCalls to originate unsolicited bulk calls or SMS, impersonate any person or business, or violate any applicable telecommunications law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CTIA A2P 10DLC rules). Violations result in immediate service termination without refund.

4. Call Forwarding & Carriers

VettedCalls relies on conditional call forwarding features provided by your mobile carrier. Some MVNOs and prepaid plans do not support conditional forwarding; refunds are issued within 14 days if your carrier prevents the Service from functioning.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI screens callers, transcribes voicemails, and on higher tiers answers calls on your behalf. AI output may occasionally contain errors. You remain responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries, transcriptions, or appointments.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." SynergyCloud LLC is not liable for missed calls, delayed messages, network outages, or business losses arising from Service operation. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 3 months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
