14-day money back

If VettedCalls does not work for your setup within your first 14 days - for any reason - email [email protected] for a full refund, no questions asked.

Carrier incompatibility

If your mobile carrier does not support conditional call forwarding (some MVNOs and prepaid plans), we will issue a full refund within the first 14 days even if you have passed the cancellation window. Your VettedCalls number will be released.

After 14 days

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days but may be cancelled anytime to prevent future charges. Annual subscriptions are prorated for the remaining unused months if cancelled after day 14.

How to cancel

Open your Stripe billing portal using the link in any VettedCalls receipt, or email [email protected] and we will cancel for you within 1 business day.
